WEEKEND TIMELINE
3:00 PM | Check-in begins for each hotel block (confirmation + payment to follow upon RSVP)
7:30 PM | Poolside welcome BBQ - Castello di Petrata
Dress code: White party - we welcome everyone to wear white, creams, tans (think cotton shirts, linen pants, summer dresses) and bring a bathing suit if you want to enjoy the pool!
THURSDAY, JULY 18
Daytime | We've got a few activities planned and ask that you fill in your preferences on the RSVP form so we can get you signed up.
7:30 PM | Italian pizza party - Castello di Petrata. In lieu of a formal 'rehearsal dinner', we'll gather at the venue for dinner, drinks and maybe some speeches!
Dress code: Colorful cocktail -- we'd love for everyone to look (and feel) comfortable and fabulous as our photographer will be joining us and it will be a great night to get some proper photos in!
FRIDAY, JULY 19
Daytime | Explore the neighboring area on your own or enjoy the facilities (pool, spa, tennis court!) at the venue.
5:00 PM | Ceremony - Castello di Petrata. It's showtime! We'll coordinate vans for those staying offsite to ensure everyone is there (on-time :)) for the reason we're throwing this party.
Dress code: Bold black tie -- we encourage everyone to wear color to lean into the beauty of the venue and bring some additional flair to the event!
