Check In
Rooms at the venue have been pre-assigned and pre-paid. When you check in you will be required to provide a credit card for incidentals. The nightly cost has been covered already; you are only responsible for any additional room charges from the on-site restaurant or any other costs you incur. All activities (besides massages) are complimentary – see activities section below. All rooms have air conditioning, WiFi, television, hair dryer, and a safe among other amenities.

Departure: Meet taxis at main entrance to Petrata at 10:00
Return: Your taxi driver will assign a pickup location at 14:30
12:00 (2 hours) – Pasta making + wine tasting (for those who chose this activity)
7:30 – Pizza Party (Attire: Colorful cocktail)
Day 4: Sunday, July 21

All dietary restrictions and allergies have been communicated to the venue. Each night there will be a meal option for all guests who have communicated a dietary restriction or allergy. The venue is used to hosting weddings and working with restrictions, but please double check with the staff.

POOL – The swimming pool is available for the entire stay. Towels are available at the front desk.
TENNIS COURT– The tennis court is available for the entire stay. Rackets and balls are available at the front desk.
BOCCE COURT – The bocce court is available for the entire stay. Bocce balls are available at the front desk.
SPA – The spa consists of a sauna, jacuzzi, hammam (steam room), Kneipp path, relaxation room, and an emotional shower (whatever that is; rumor has it Arianna has it booked the whole time). It is available for the entire stay, but the venue asks that you book the spa at least 1 hour in advance so they may ensure it is prepared. Towels are available at spa. Massages are available with advanced reservation through the venue’s email.
WALK – Go on a walk around the local area, it’s beautiful!

All transportation from the moment you check in through the moment you check out has been pre-planned. Unfortunately, since everyone is coming from all over Italy / Europe, we’re not able to coordinate travel to the venue. As such, we’re including a slew of information on how to arrange the transportation you need. Additionally, we’re all friends / family, so we suggest carpooling! If you tell us when you are arriving / departing, then we can try and connect you with people who are on similar timing.

The preferred taxi service of the venue is Francesco Angeli Taxi Co., though there are others. There is no Uber / Lyft in Assisi! Taxi service is readily available during the day from Assisi train station and Francesco Angeli Taxi Co. can be called by the front desk or reached via WhatsApp. Only pre-arranged taxis are available at night.

We recommend booking train travel through Italia Rail (https://www.italiarail.com/). If traveling to/from Rome, then please see the recommended trains below. For all other cities or for additional train options, use the website. There is train service between Rome Airport and Roma Termini – the ride is 22 minutes but please check train schedule to ensure you arrive in time for your train to Assisi. If you have time, take advantage of the lockers at Roma Termini and explore Rome for a bit!

We’ve included sample pricing from key locations if arranged through Francesco Angeli Taxi Co. though there are other options. This pricing is for 6-8 pax vehicles so we encourage sharing.
